General Shipping Policy

Elite Arms & Ammo ships ammunition and firearm accessories in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. We do not ship firearms directly to customers. All firearms must be sent to a valid FFL (Federal Firearms License) holder and are subject to background checks and transfer regulations. This policy applies only to ammunition and accessories.

 

Ammunition Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal and state laws, we do not ship ammunition to the following states or jurisdictions:

  • California (except to FFL holders or licensed ammunition vendors)

  • Connecticut

  • Illinois (Chicago and Cook County)

  • Massachusetts

  • New Jersey

  • New York

  • Washington, D.C.

  • Alaska and Hawaii (due to air shipping restrictions)

  • Any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law

Customers are responsible for knowing their local laws before placing an order.

⚠️ Important: By purchasing ammunition, you certify that you are at least 21 years old, legally allowed to purchase and possess ammunition, and that all information provided is truthful and accurate.

 

Accessory Shipping

We ship most firearm accessories—including optics, magazines (where legal), cleaning kits, and gear—nationwide. However, high-capacity magazines may not be shipped to states with restrictions, including:

  • California

  • Colorado

  • Connecticut

  • Hawaii

  • Maryland

  • Massachusetts

  • New Jersey

  • New York

  • Vermont

  • Washington

 

Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

Please note that during high-volume periods (e.g., holidays or sales), shipping may be delayed.

 

Carrier Information

We use major carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Ammunition may require adult signature upon delivery depending on the destination.

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to sign, or legal restrictions, shipping costs are non-refundable and restocking fees may apply.

 

No International Shipping

We do not ship ammunition or accessories outside the United States. All orders must be placed with a U.S. billing and shipping address.
