  • You are at least 21 years of age to purchase a handgun or handgun ammunition.

  • You are at least 18 years of age to purchase a rifle, shotgun, or rifle/shotgun ammunition.

  • You are not prohibited by law from owning or possessing a firearm or ammunition.

We will not complete a sale that violates any local, state, or federal law.

2. Firearm Purchases

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. You are responsible for arranging the transfer through a licensed dealer in your area and complying with any background checks and waiting periods required by law.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if the transfer cannot be completed.

3. Ammunition Sales

All ammunition sales are final and subject to applicable shipping regulations and age verification. You agree to provide identification when requested and confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess ammunition.

4. Custom Orders

Custom firearms, modified parts, cerakote finishes, and any special orders are non-refundable and non-returnable. Please review all specifications carefully before placing a custom order.

5. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We do our best to ensure accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors, including incorrect pricing or product descriptions. Product availability is not guaranteed.

6. Refunds & Returns

Please refer to our full Refund Policy for specific terms.

  • No refunds on firearms, ammunition, or custom orders.

  • Refunds on eligible items are subject to approval and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Arms & Ammo shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injury, or death arising from the use or misuse of products purchased from us. By purchasing, you agree to use all products safely, responsibly, and in accordance with applicable laws.
