This policy is in accordance with Louisiana Civil Code Article 2520, which limits returns on goods sold “as is” or where defects were disclosed or inspectable at the time of sale.
2. Refunds on Other Merchandise
Refunds on eligible non-firearm and non-ammunition items (e.g., accessories, apparel, etc.) are subject to approval. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the following conditions:

3. Inspection Upon Return

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to approved returns.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
